We will either refund or reprint your order at no cost in the following cases:
- The product itself is flawed
- Design error: the design does not match the information on our site
- Incorrect product details, such as type or size, not matching your order
What should you do?
For any refund request, please report the issue to us within 14 days of receiving your item. Provide the following information via our support email: [email protected]
- Your order/invoice ID
- A photo of the item if it’s wrong or damaged
Once we evaluate your request, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Returns
If you receive the wrong or defective items, you do not need to return them. We will process the refund without requiring the item to be sent back, and the refund should arrive within 2-3 business days.
Please Note:
We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following cases:
- The order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., wrong shipping address, failure to pick up the package).
- The order did not arrive due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, or marked as “delivered” in the tracking system).
- The item matches the description provided on our site.
Cancellations
Customers have 24 hours after purchase to request a cancellation. A management, processing, and transaction fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied. After this period, the item will enter production, and no cancellations will be accepted.
Refund Processing Time:
- For PayPal accounts: 48 hours
- For Credit Card accounts: 10-14 business days (depending on your card-issuing bank)
Exchanges
- In-stock items: 1-3 business days
- Out-of-stock items: 5-7 business days
Compensation (Points or Coupons):
Issued within 1-2 business days.
Repairs:
Repair requests are processed within 7-14 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer size exchanges unless we sent the wrong size. For other issues such as printing errors, please contact us, and we will guide you through the steps. Do not send the item back unless we instruct you to do so.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank, as processing time may vary.
